Scottish Nationalism Shines

The Scottish National Party just made huge gains in the regional elections this week in the UK.

The SNP are the party which wants Scotland secede from the United Kingdom, and gain full independence. Now it appears that they have the support of a majority of the Scottish people for the first time. I doubt that the majority of the Scottish would vote yes on a independence referendum, but I think the SNP’s election results certainly show a wish for more autonomy.

Ode to my lovely wife

3 years to this day, I managed to confound a beautiful young lady to marry me.
To celebrate we are both planning on working 12 hour days. I have a product launch happening soon, and my lovely wife has World Asthma Day to run.
Ahh well, Happy Anniversary anyway honey!!

Which Blog Editor

One of the things that I used as an excuse was that the blog editor I was using (marsedit) was a demo, and it expired. 

Whilst I loved the integration with NetNewsWire I did not feel it justified the price, when there were other good free editors out there – and at the end of the day, I could always use the web editing features that my wordpress blog offers
